Whoever created this report is seriously ill informed. England and the UK on a whole is home to some of the most multi-cultural and diverse communities on the planet. Here there is a problem with very small minority groups but the larger issues are on the continent and aren't specifically related to sport but society in general This is utter hypocrisy. The US has made massive improvements on racism but that's not to say it doesn't exist anymore. It isn't a European problem, it's a few countries.
